FUNDRAISING and VOLUNTEER NEEDS
Volunteer Needs

We are currently looking for the following positions:
Co-Treasurer: The co-treasurer would be working closely with one of our current co-treasurers, Keith Kornatoski. This is a big job, so having two people split duties makes it more manageable. The nominee would need to be elected at our Annual General Meeting on April 8th. Requires some knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Remote Craft Fair Chairperson: Responsible for communications with our 100+ crafters – sending and receiving applications, fielding questions, etc. through our craft fair email account.
Day of Craft Fair Chairperson: Coordinate volunteers for the event, oversee donations of coffee and donuts, assist with marketing of the craft fair, etc.
Fundraising Committee Chair: Responsible for coordinating fundraising programs. The fundraising committee shall submit a fundraising agenda to the Executive Board for approval before the annual meeting.
Publicity / Communication Committee Chair: Responsible for coordinating with the other committee chairs to promote events and fundraisers as well as development and maintenance of HD JACOBS HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC BOOSTERS website.
Volunteer Ambassador Committee Chair: Responsible for coordinating volunteers at HD JACOBS HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC BOOSTERS events and act as welcome committee to new students and their families currently enrolled in Jacobs High School.
Concert Attire Committee Chair: Responsible for sizing, order and distribution of all student concert attire. Fittings shall be held annually at the start of the school year and on a date as recommended by Concert Attire Chairperson.
Pops Concert Committee Chair: Responsible for organizing and coordinating fundraising activities, but not limited to ticket sales, concessions, silent auction, raffles and donations.
